Use a little Olive Oil, you’ll need a fillet knife to remove the skin from breasts, slice thin, marinade for 4 hours with lemon flavored soy sauce and teriyaki-garlic-onion cooking sauce, add to a hot Teflon pan, then sear to cook, done in less than 2 minutes!
